Omniscient · Free while in beta

Run your tree care company from one screen.

Leads come in, proposals go out and get e-signed on the customer's phone, crews get scheduled, hours get clocked, invoices get paid — and every finished job feeds your marketing list. Built inside a working tree company, not a boardroom.

The demo drops you into a working company with sample data and a two-minute guided tour. Click anything.

Why it exists: the person behind Omniscient runs tree crews in Massachusetts and got tired of choosing between generic field-service apps that don't know what a DBH is, and enterprise arborist suites that cost $500 a month and lock the good features behind sales calls.

So we built the tool we wanted: tree-care-native, crew-first, bilingual, and honest about what your customers actually see. It runs our own operation today.

What you get

Everything between "the phone rang" and "we got paid."

🌳

GPS tree inventory

Every tree on a property pinned on satellite view — species, height, DBH, condition, photos, and a running history of every job and treatment. The feature the big suites gate behind $500/mo tiers, in the base product.

Proposals that close

Good–better–best options with per-tree line items and job photos. Your customer opens a link on their phone, picks an option, types their name — signed. You see sent, actually viewed, and accepted, with a PDF when you need paper.

📅

Crew scheduling

A week board by crew with double-booking protection, follow-up jobs that queue themselves (stump grind after removal), and recurring visits that schedule a whole season in one shot.

📱

A crew app crews actually use

Today's route with tap-to-call and tap-to-navigate, start/complete from the truck, job photos, field notes, and a time clock — fully bilingual English/Spanish, and it keeps working when the jobsite has no signal.

Time clock & hours

Crew members clock in and out by name — no per-seat licenses — with hours rolled up by worker for payroll and by job for costing. Offline punches sync honestly when signal returns.

🌿

PHC done right

Seasonal treatment programs, renewal in one click as next year's draft proposal, and chemical application records that are append-only with wind and temperature captured at logging time — built to survive a state audit.

💰

Invoices & payments

One click turns the signed option into an invoice. Deposits and payments recorded, overdue flagged, and completed work can never quietly slip away unbilled.

📨

Marketing built in

Every finished job builds your customer list automatically. Seasonal reminders, plant-health renewals, review requests, and win-backs — one click each, unsubscribe handling done for you, no Mailchimp, no add-on fee.

How it works

Three steps to see it with your own eyes.

1

Click the demo

You get a private demo company loaded with realistic data — clients, mapped trees, a signed proposal, crews, a week of jobs. A two-minute guided tour shows you around. No signup.

2

Create your company

One form. You start with a full tree-care price book already loaded — removals by size, the pruning taxonomy, per-inch stump and injection pricing — ready to quote from on day one.

3

Send your first proposal

Pick a client, pick services from the dropdown, send the link. When they sign it on their phone, you'll know — and the job, the schedule, and the invoice flow from there.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Is the demo really free to try?

Yes. The demo link drops you into a working company loaded with sample data — no signup, no email, nothing to install. A guided tour walks you through it in about two minutes, then the demo account is yours to click around.

What makes this different from Jobber or ArborGold?

Omniscient is tree-care-native: a GPS tree inventory on every property, per-tree service history, audit-ready chemical records, per-inch pricing for stumps and injections. The features the incumbents gate behind enterprise tiers are in the base product — and it was built inside a working tree company, so the crew app and the schedule board match how crews actually move.

Does it work for Spanish-speaking crews?

Yes — the crew app is fully bilingual, English and Spanish, including the schedule, job details, the time clock, and every message. Customers can read and e-sign proposals in Spanish too.

What does it cost?

Free while in beta. Early companies get direct support and help moving data in. Paid plans will be announced well in advance — priced under the incumbents, month to month, no annual contract.
