How do I install AI Parts Finder?
Add the app from the Shopify App Store and approve the requested access (read-only products). Then open your theme editor and enable the AI Parts Finder app embed to place the search widget on your storefront. It works alongside your existing search, so there is nothing to rip out.
What data does the app access?
Only your products, and only to read them. AI Parts Finder does not access your customers, orders, or checkout, and it has no write permission — it cannot change anything in your store. To answer a search, the shopper's question and your relevant product details are sent to our AI provider, OpenAI. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
How does billing work, and is there a free trial?
Plans are billed securely through Shopify's app-billing system — we never see your card details. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your Shopify admin; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Will it slow down my store?
No. The widget loads asynchronously and the AI search runs on our servers, so it does not block your storefront pages from loading. Product data is read live per search and is not copied or cached long-term.
Which stores is it built for?

How do I cancel or delete my data?
Uninstall the app or cancel from your Shopify admin. When you uninstall, Shopify sends us a data-erasure request (about 48 hours later) and we permanently delete that store's stored data. You can also email [email protected] to request deletion of your store's search logs at any time.
